Singapore – Changi Jurassic Mile

For all Dinosaurs enthusiast, this one is for you! This is one of Singapore newest attractions located just a stone throw away form Changi Terminal 4 (nearest carpark is 4A). * Ahem I guess it is not so new anymore since it was officially open to the public on 11 Oct 2020. But in my opinion it is still a new attraction! 🤭

Changi Jurassic Mile is open 24 hours and it is a park connector which link to East Coast Park (2km) and Marine Bay (15km). If you are up to the challenge to cycle all the way to East Coast Park you can rent a bicycle at GOCycling which is located at Hub & Spoke. You can either park at Hub & spoke Car Park (the former open-air car park) or at Terminal 2. If you choose to park at Terminal 4 and walk to Hub & Spoke it will be around 2.2 km. Should you opt to rent a bicycle, do note that you will be required to dismount and push your bicycle while at the Jurassic Mile.

Otherwise taking a stroll down the Jurassic Mile is just as fun! We were there during a weekday and right after the rain has stopped! Hence, it was not very crowded. To take a photo of the exhibits, most people are polite and quick to take their photos and move on so that other could take theirs without blocking the way. There are also information of the dinosaurs opposite the exhibits.

Be prepared that it could be crowded at certain timing and given the current situations where most Singaporeans will be looking for something new to explore during the holidays. To avoid the crowds you can visit either early in the morning or maybe late at night. I would think the night scenery will be beautiful with the twinkling fairy lights, neon lights, lamp post and the moon light. 😁 I might make another trip down to see how the night scenery is like.

Also this period is the monsoon season and it is literally raining on most days. So please remember to bring an umbrella and check the weather forecast before heading down. Sharing with you some photos which I have taken. Have fun!

XOXO
