As usual, when I am in Australia I will always look for Vietnamese Pho noodles. Somehow I always feel I could get authentic pho in Australia as compare to Singapore due to the community of local Vietnamese. The ones which I tried in so far in Singapore was not very authentic/delicious.
Initially, we wanted to visit Pho Ba Ria 2 but it was closed on that day. So, we did a quick google to see if there are any other pho place nearby to where we were. There were a few options and we decided to visit Khang’s Noodles.
The restaurant is very spacious, well ventilated and it has a larger seating capacity as compare to the other pho restaurants I have visited so far.

If you ask me which pho shop is better in Australia, to be honest I think it mostly tasted the same and key difference for me so far is the ambiance, portion and price point. Taste wise, it is very subjective what I fancy does not means you enjoy. If you are talking about the price point, I think there is not much of a difference, probably a around AUD 2 – 3. For portion, I feel Khang’s is generous with their portion, I was trying my best to finish as much as possible but I just can’t finish it.
At Khang’s noodles they have 3 different sizes of their pho – Small, Medium and Large. While we were there, one of their customer was having the Large bowl of pho. OMG, the bowl was huge! Unfortunately, I don’t have a picture of the bowl. It will be very rude of me to take a photo of that customer having that huge bowl of pho! Maybe, during my next trip I can order the large bowl and share with my family!

The broth of the soup is very savory and the meat is tender and did not lost its flavour through the cooking and the noodles is chewy. Overall, I enjoyed my bowl of delicious pho and will come back for more in my next trip. Go try and let me know what you think or if there are other pho places you will like to recommend me do let me know as well!
XOXO
