Omo-omo! This is my first visit and I am already looking forward to visiting them again! 🤤

This is a Korean fusion cuisine, which offers you an option to built your own rice bowl/ramen noodles. Otherwise, you may select what is offer from their menu. Since this is my first time trying I decided to opt for this item – Bird’s Nest!

Hmm.. Bird’s Nest does not seems to sound delicious. It can go either ways. Either yummy or tasteless. However, when I saw my bowl I was blown away! The presentation looks really pretty! The colour of the bowl, spicy chicken, the bright orange tobikko and the yoke of the poached egg make the noodles pop.

And I was in a dilemma! Part of me could not bear to mixed the glass noodles with the poached egg and the other part of me could not wait to eat. But before I could do so… the camera has to eat first! Lol ~ 🤣

I truly enjoyed my bowl of delicious glass noodles with spicy chicken, onsen tobikko and Korean BBQ sauce. The glass noodles was chewy and the tobikko juice burst in your mouth when you eat it. Since I mixed my poached egg together with the noodles, I was unable to taste it. The next time round I will to enjoy the egg on its own.

As I am writing this, I can not help but to drool over the photo. So good! 🤭
