Melbourne – Harry Potter and the Cursed Child

Brought my Harry Potter tickets last year when the ticket sales were open to the public. We could not get good seats for premier and the early half of the year so we decided to visit Melbourne in July. This trip should be one of the main highlights of 2019 as it was the very first time that I purchased a ticket and fly all the way to Melbourne watch the play and return back to Singapore.

I must say I truly enjoyed every single second of the play. I was left spell
bounded and it was truly very magical. Worth splurging for VIP tickets and we were assigned to the 3rd row! *When we brought our ticket last year, we were not able to see what seats we were assigned too. So, it was a pleasant surprise for us.

So much thoughts were put in to the making this play so successful. From
refurbishing Princess Theatre, changing the carpet, seat cover and wall paper to give it a Hogwarts feel, the use of technology, illusions, magic and sound effect to make MAGIC happen at the historical theatre and of course the many hours that actors/actress have to put in to perfect their roles.

I recommend you to go watch the play should you be planning to visit
Melbourne, UK or US.

Enjoyed some photos which I took at Princess Theatre.

XOXO,

So BEAUTIFUL!!
Way too early but it’s alright. We went for yummy Ice-cream which was nearby. Check out my Melbourne Eat Book post..
We brought the VIP Tickets and were given 1 Ice-cream and 1 drink per show.
